Easy Setup Rentals – Rental Agreement

By placing an order with Easy Setup Rentals, the renter agrees to the following terms:

Rental Period

• Rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time.

• Late returns may result in additional charges.

Payment & Deposits

• A deposit may be required to reserve rental items.

• Remaining balances are due before pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Care of Rental Items

• Renter is responsible for all rented items while in their possession.

• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, excluding normal wear.

Damage, Loss, or Theft

• Renter is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged, lost, or stolen items.

Pickup & Delivery

• Delivery fees may apply based on location.

• Customers must ensure items are accessible for pickup and delivery.

• Customers also have the option to pickup items rather than have it delivered.

Safety

• Rental items should be used only for their intended purpose.

• Easy Setup Rentals is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use.

Cancellations

• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on cancellation timing.

• Any exceptions are at the discretion of Easy Setup Rentals.

Agreement

By booking with Easy Setup Rentals, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
